To really celebrate the spirit of New Orleans, try one of our seafood pan roasts. It's fresh shrimp, crab, lobster (or all three) sautéed with brandy, cream and a hearty tomato sauce. There's also our savory New Orleans Gumbo. This traditional Bayou favorite is made with crab, oyster or shrimp — or all three — plus okra, gumbo file, Cajun spices and Andouille sausage. What a spicy kick!
