Outdoor Ceremony Venues and Site Fees

Piazza & Grand Staircase - $1,000

2-200 Guests
Descend the sweeping Grand Staircase towards the adoring gaze of your sweetheart. Guests may be seated in a theater-style to face the ceremony at the base of the Grand Staircase, or you may walk to the center of the Piazza with guests seated in a circular fashion, surrounding you with their love and support.

Vineyard - $500

2-15 Guests
The Vineyard is the most private of our outdoor venues, offering standing-room only space for your closest invitees. Imagine a backdrop of grape leaves, a white square archway, palm trees, and hotel lights in the distance – you will get lost in each other’s eyes and in the secluded romance of the Vineyard!

Opium Terrace - $1,000

25-50 Guests
Right in the middle of Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa’s Backyard, the Opium Terrace is a relaxing pool deck set with five open-air cabana beds. Your ceremony will take place at the base of our Pool Bridge, overlooking the sandy pool with a Strip view. Ideal for smaller groups of 5 to 25 guests, you may extend seating for up to 50 of your nearest and dearest.

Amphitheater - $1,500

50-400 Guests
Lose yourselves in the privacy of the Amphitheater at the north end of our Backyard. This circular grassy area is surrounded by grapes and roses – great for photography. The Bride may walk from the privacy of the Spa down a cypress-lined path towards her Groom, or she may arrive in a more regaled fashion of her design!

Pool Cafe & Pool Deck - Contact Wedding Specialist

Share your vows in an open-air expanse of marble, towering cypress trees, and the reflection of gleaming turquoise waters at the Pool Café and Pool Deck.

Indoor Ceremony Venues and Site Fees

Ballroom - $2,500

20-2,000 Guests
With the most flexibility for décor, layout, and seating arrangements, our ballrooms provide an ideal location for your indoor ceremony. Do you want to walk down a 150 foot-long aisle, or do you envision a ceremonial arch in the center of a circular seating arrangement – or perhaps something very intimate and cozy? Whether your wedding dreams are understated or over-the-top, a ballroom wedding can make your vision come to life. Indeed, given the unpredictable weather in Henderson, a ballroom ceremony will leave you with peace of mind – exactly what every bride needs for what can be a stressful event. (If you reserve a ceremony outdoors, a ballroom will be held as a backup location in case of inclement weather.) We have 65,000 square feet of ballroom space, with rooms of various sizes and shapes. They all feature the same neutral floor and wall coverings, tasteful chandeliers, and comfortable banquet chairs. Some ballrooms have 15 feet-high ceilings, whereas others are 19 or 24 feet high.

Based on availability, larger groups might prefer one of the following areas for a unique ceremony:
  • GRAND BALLROOM STAGE: At the front of the Grand Ballroom is a built-in stage with 2500 square feet of space to show off your love in full view of up to 2,000 guests! Don’t worry if you don’t have that many invited guests; the Grand Ballroom Stage and the area in front of it can be sectioned off so that your party is nice and cozy.
  • GRAND BALLROOM PROMENADE: Imagine walking down a long aisle with towering windows and luxurious draperies on one side, while guests are seated along the side of the Grand Ballroom. This area is best suited for an unconventional bride with no more than 40 guests.
  • GRAND BALLROOM FOYER: Be the center of attention in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, where up to 200 guests will surround you and your soul mate and applaud your new life together.

Library Patio - $500

5-25 Guests
Want a great view at your wedding? Marry in a Library Room on the patio overlooking the entire Backyard with a view of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip glittering in the distance. A Library Patio ceremony is the perfect choice for a bride who wants excellent photos, a unique wedding location, and a small guest count to enjoy time spent with family and friends.

Elite Suite - $1,500

20-75 Guests
Private, elegant, and unique reflect the experience of staying in one of Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa’s suites. An in-suite ceremony is yours to design, be it indoors or outside on the suite’s balcony (if applicable and weather permitting). Enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres or even an intimate dinner after your wedding – or rock the night away to your favorite tunes! The choice is yours at Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa…

Policies

Guarantee

GVR catering department must be notified no later than noon, three (3) business days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled function, as to the exact number of persons to attend all planned functions. Should actual event attendance exceed 10% of guaranteed attendance, additional labor charges may apply. See the chart below for guarantee due days. This number is not subject to reduction. If no guarantee is received, the number of guests indicated on the Banquet Event Order will be the guaranteed attendance.

The Hotel will not be responsible for providing identical services for more than a three (3%) percent increase in attendance over the guarantee for groups up to 500 guests.

New Orders Within 72 Hours

Any service ordered within 72 hours of the function date will be considered a “pop-up” and subject to special selections and pricing. Consult your Catering Manager for pop-up options and pricing.

General Terms

All reservations and agreements are made upon, and are subject to, the rules and regulations of the hotel and the following conditions:
  1. The quotation herein is subject to a proportionate increase to meet increased costs of food, beverage and other costs of the operation existing at the time of performance of our undertaking by reason of present commodity prices, labor costs, taxes or currency values. Patron expressly grants the right to the hotel to raise the prices herein quoted or to make reasonable substitutions on the menu and agrees to pay such increased prices and to accept such substitutions.
  2. In arranging for private functions, the attendance must be definitely specified three (3) business days in advance. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly.
  3. All federal and district taxes which may be imposed or be applicable to this agreement and to the services rendered by the hotel are in addition to the prices herein agreed upon, and the patron agrees to pay them separately.
  4. Per Nevada state law, alcoholic beverages of any kind will not be permitted to be brought into the hotel by the patron or any of the patron’s guests or invitees from the outside. All food and beverage items must be purchased from the hotel. We welcome your request for special items, which will be charged in their entirety per specific ordered quantities. Nevada state law further prohibits the removal of alcoholic beverages purchased by the hotel for client consumption.
  5. Prices printed and products listed are subject to change without notice.
  6. Payment shall be made in advance of the function unless credit has been established to the satisfaction of the Hotel, in which event a deposit should be paid at the time of signing the contract and a substantial additional payment will be required 24 hours before the function. The balance of the account is due and payable 30 days after the date of the function. A service charge of one-and-one-half percent per month is added to any unpaid balance over 30 days old.
  7. The Banquet Event Order (BEO) is the governing document for all goods and services order by the client. Client’s signature on said BEO represents an agreement and approval for the goods and services represented on the BEO. All Banquet Checks presented prior to final billing are subject to an audit and may vary from final invoiced Banquet Checks.
  8. All pool functions are subject to a minimum F&B spend per person and a set-up fee based upon the area. Pool functions are subject to regulations governing the pool. Please see the destination event guide for further details.
  9. Meeting room setup changes made less than 24 hours prior to a function may incur a labor charge.
  10. Hotel reserves the right to apply meeting room rental and room set up labor charges.

Booking Procedure

To reserve your wedding or renewal event at Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa, please contact the Catering Office at (702) 617-7788. The standard deposit is 35% of your ceremony package, reception package, or Food & Beverage minimum. Within thirty (30) days of your event, the entire balance must be paid in full. An event is confirmed with a signed Letter of Agreement. To pay by credit card, copies of the front and back of the card are required. Additional policies will be described in the Green Valley Ranch Catering Menu and available from the Wedding Specialist/Catering Manager.
